missing fuel relay?
I've looked all over the engine compartment and can only find one fuel pump relay. I thought the EFI with dual tanks had two relays (high pressure pump and in-tank pumps). Is there supposed to be two relays?

The truck only has one relay. It's on the driver's side behind the windshield washer/ rad coolant reservoir. And yes, a PCV valve is good if it rattles. If in doubt, just replace. They are cheap.
