My friend used to have lan parties years ago back in the day of doom, duke nukem 3d, rise of the triad, etc. My friend had a few PC's and some of us brought our own - monitors and all. They were alot of fun. We'd get together on a Friday or Saturday night - cook out, then descend to the basement for several hours.

Nowadays everything is internet games so we can play from our own homes.

Yeah, TGreen, got all the mods to all the games, lol. I get the updates to my games before I do Windows updates,, it's all about priorities. Lots of great MOOHA maps now being redone for COD also. As it gets closer to the event and the people are getting into it on the forum at GXL,, all types of games are gonna be played, basically can name it and someone will be hosting a game server for it.

Yeah, I know. I started to post one of my sarcastic replies back but caught myself and replied with that instead. The eyes of a child "appeared" next to me, lol. Rather funny, one of the gaming sites I'm a member of has many children there,, well, teens,, but the language is out of control, to the point I find it annoying. But then,, that's teens I guess, rebellion and all. I was the same way. Man,, put togther four quad blocks tonight that took me almost an hour and a half. Have the system down now, so the other 76 shouldn't take too long, lol. A quad block is two outlets on separate circuits, for those that don't know. Down to 85 spots unconfirmed.
