Search the 61-66 Forum, this has been discussed in great detail. The 65 should be easy. The cabs mount to the same holes, the box mounts will be slightly off but easily fabbed. Master cylender needs to be mounted on the 65 firewall. You will be able to get rid of in cab fuel cell, and use the one under the bed. The rear axle will be slightly off center from the wheel opening (I think 3 inches) so you may just live with it or move the spring perches.
