anyone out their know if the CPS is same as International if it is I will get it their,

The cps is one of the things that you're better off getting at International. There was a running change in the design of the CPS mid way through the 96 model year, so they're going to want to know your engine serial number. Don't bother with that, just get the newer/better one. The difference is the material they used for the electrical contacts.
You'll save about $65 by going to International.
