Hey guys were i work we have six super duty work trucks one of those i noticed sags in the back. its a 2000 model and i noticed that it has one less leaf spring then my truck has.Did ford build a lite duty super duty dang that was even hard to say. lol
Search the SD forum... I seem to remember an article that you can look up the spring code inside the driver's door and see what you have. You could also sheck the spring code against your other trucks...

I don't know the answer to the question.
but my family had a few 84 E350's with differant number of springs.
I can't remember exect numbers.
1 ton cargo had thick springs.
1 ton passenger van had thinner springs
3/4 ton had thinner springs also, which I used on the cargo when we retired it. one side on the cargo had some broken springs so I used the good ones with the 3/4 ton springs.
One less spring in the pack or just missing the helper?
All Super Dutys should have 6 springs in the pack. Where and when the helper comes in, as far as various GVW packages go, I'm still not too certain on.
