Flash Update Info

04 F250 4x4 Lariat Crew Cab
6.0L PSD
Build date 11/03
Engine Date: 11/05/03

Just had 5000 mile service completed; dealer flashed with part #4C3A-12A650-ATG.

I did not find this reference number on the calibration list. Anyone know the date for this flash?

Was at dealership the other day and the service counter guy told me there was a late Jan flash available. Anyone heard of this? He didnt offer much more info. I asked to speak to the diesel tech but he was wrapped up in a job, so I was not able to at that time.

The Jan flash deals primarily with higher altitude cold starting issues and an issue with tow/haul mode on the trans.

That was actually the December Flash. See http://www.flatratetech.com/6literpo...l_updates.html The Dec release shows all the things you mention. There was a WDS release in January but it didn't have anything new for 6.0Ls. So you would get the Dec cal.
