Well, wen you do this it isn't quite as simple as just adding the extra 3.5". You are going to have to get a different drop pitman arm, different trac bar drop bracket, longer brake lines, different shocks for the bigger lift, longer anti-sway bar links, and your front driveshaft lengthened, and probably a carrier bearing drop braket for the rear shaft.
Did the shop that gave you that prie include this stuff.. or did they just add the price from the first lift to the second lift?
Other than that the setup you want is great - look at jetjock16's pics, he has the same setup just with 36" tires:

Yeap thats my setup, i have fab 3.5" hangar and superlift 6" select srings up front...I can Help you though... All the stuff stroker listed was right on... but one thing that bit me.. was i figured id just put a 4-6 block in the back to level out the 3.5" hangar... so when i ordered the kit i ordered a 5" block skyjacker was selling.... Anyway it did not work out.. the front sat higher.. because the 6" springs from most companies lift an extra inch on the gasser(if thats what you have)..BUT anyway the rear springs lift about 2-3" LESS than advertised.. they say there doing you a favor by leveling you out... Anyway so with your 6" kit and hangars you got about 10" of front lift and 3-4" of rear.. thats just the way it is... so i had to stack a 6" block and my stock 2" block to make it sit level... Since i have replaced that setup with a 12" lift rear atlas 8 leaf spring.. on the stock 2" block and it brings it back to the stock rake.... SOOO my advice to you, when you call BDS, is get them to send you there 8" rear springs(will only lift you 5-6" i promise).. and a 4" block.. and remove your stock 2" block(if you have F350 4" block your set).... Well start there and you shouldnt have to be going back and re-newing anything......Dont forget all that Super Mentioned.. If you get the sway bar extensions for the 8" kit theyll work, the front springs will touch them when the wieght of truck is off the wheel.. but just barely.. Driveshafts will need moding.. brakelines...... Keep asking Questions, smart man.. 37'ers will be perfect.. make sure you get 17-18" wheels, or bigger.. as tire companies are starting to shaft everyone with smaller wheels on tire sizes(trendy bast@rds!)...
good luck

Thanks to both of you for the information. I called the shop and asked him if there was any additional price attached for the items that superstroker asked. He told me that everything needed was included in the price. I am going to print this page and show him what jetjock had to do, and see what they tell me.
By the way, you both have sweet looking trucks!!!
I forgot to mention also, that the shocks are made by bilstien
At 9.5" of lift I'd be inclined to go with crossover steering and trac bar relocation for better operating angles for the drag link and trac bar.....but that would raise the price a little.
For the rear if you don't want a lot of block you can get a full 8" rear spring to sit on top of a small 2" block.
A buddy of mine runs those tires underneath a 8" lift it looks pretty sweet.
Gear change would be $1200-1600 for all parts and labor. Any lockers or limited slips would add to that price.
Right now if you look at your drag link the lower end connect to your tie rod and is below the spring pack. With crossover steering the lower end will be attach to an arm on top of the knuckle over the spring pack. And when you change the operating angle of the drag link you have to also change the operating angle of the trac bar to prevent bumpsteer. So the upper trac bar mount is relocated to inside the engine crossmember and the lower mount is moved to the top of the spring pack so that the length and angle of the trac bar are similar to that of the drag link.
This will reduce the amount of stress placed on the sector shaft and will also improve steering and handling.
I changed the gears in my truck myself. The kit costed $600 for front and rear. Seeing you are getting someone to install your lift you probaly wont change the gears yourself, so im sure it will be every bit of 1200-1600 bucks.
