auto to manual conversion
ok, 84 broncoII c5 auto minor slippage going on not worried bout it right this second but may not be long before it goes. My donor is an 87 b2 with 2.9 FI , with a mazda r-1 5speed tranny. ive heard about the input shaft bearings being very picky bout the fluid level but other than that are they pretty good ? and could i make it fit being the auto is shorter in lenght. and the linkages hooking up for the manual transfer case. mine is 4*4 the donor is 2*4 (dummy transfer of cource). im pretty well mechanically inclined but not expert. so if anyboy can give some pointers on any problems i may run into and some help with it it will be greatly appreciated. thanx
