Don't you think you should have asked for our opinions BEFORE you bought those tires?!
Personally, you couldn't GIVE me a set of Goodyear tires for any of my vehicles. My experience with EVERY Goodyear tire I have ever owned is that:
1) After about 10 -15,000 miles they start to "sing" like snow tires.....and.....
2) They start to squirm when you are on a road with the least bit of irregular surface.....which is about 98% of ALL roads in this country.....and.....
i really do like they way those '04 fords look....nice choice...but is ne there ne one else out there that thinks ford should bring back the bronco?!?!?! lets patician
Don't let these folks beat you down. Your question was a fair question. Your choice of tires was just that: your choice. I have had both good and bad experiences with Goodyear. The all terain tires are not that bad, but as far as the off road tires I did not have good luck with them on my '72 F-250 camper special. I had them on my wife's '98 Explorer Sport also and replaced them after less than 6,000 miles due to tire noise and vibration. Both her Explorer and my new F-150 have Michelins and we like them very much. I am running 265/65R17s on my truck.
nah no ones gettin mad...this is just how sum of us vent because our lives r werthless...lol...ive had goodyears...w/e there street tires are and the goodyear wrangler mt/r....i liked the mt/r's..just had problems with wear on the reg street tires...i am in favor of michelinn jsut cause goodyear doesnt make a good lookin 52 inch tire...lol
I had those exact tires on my last truck, 99 F150 Reg Cab 4X4 off road pkg. I absolutely love them. When I replace the tires on my 04 they will be the ATS's ( if I can afford them ) he he..
