Idle problem
I have a 94 B2300. Not always, but sometimes when I stop at a red light the rpms run up and down. Also has trouble at times staying started when cold. Possible choke problem?

I am not sure, but I think your 4-banger has an Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) on it which controls idle, especially when cold and on deceleration. It would be mounted up near the throttle body like on most Ford engines, I would think.
