Electrical

I have a 93 F150 5.0 and lost the speedometer, dome lights, radio and the auto trans shifts real hard now. Checked the fuses in the power distribution box all look ok, and replaced the speed sensor. Still same problems...Any ideas before I spend any more $?

I had the same problems at one time with my 93 F150. Instead if just checking the fuse why don't you try changing it? Your dome light, glove box light, radio memory, programmable speedometer/odometer module, engine compartment lamp, power mirrors all power off of the same fuse. If all of these items are not working you have a power problem.

Did you check the fuses in the engine compartment fuse box and the fuses on the left side of the dash?

Electrical Fixed

Well we didn't know what else to do so we finally prayed and anointed the truck. While at the auto parts store (to buy more fuses) my husband handed me the cover to the fuse box from inside the truck (he says he doesn't know why he handed it to me). He was in the store and I read that the #8 position fuse a 15 amp runs all the things we were having problems with. He was sure he checked all of the fuses yesterday but he missed the one that was blown. We have to give the credit to God for guiding us to the exact problem, the truck runs like new now. Thanks to everyone who took the time to reply. Sincerely, CG.
