seat front height adjustment
Have a 99 F-150 4x4 xlt extended cab with the 60/40 front seats. My question is it possible to raise or preferrablly lower the front of the seat. Present height is uncomfortable for me as I am slightly vertically challenged. Seat is not as comfortable as those in my '03 pete. Any advice would be aprreciated. dave

Hi Dave and welcome to the forum 
I think your best bet would be to go a wrecking yard and see if you can find a power seat for your truck. You could probably just use the power base if you didnt find one in the right color etc.
It should just bolt in and you probably already have the wiring under the seat to just plug it in.
Other than that you'd probably end up doing some cutting and welding and since a seat is a safety item that probably isnt a good idea.
