4.9L Belt modification
Has anyone with the 300 six (serpentine belt) bypassed the smog pump? I know the 5.0 guys have a part number for a new belt.
What belt (part number) would i need to bypass my smog pump? I'm trying to eek as many mpg out of her as I can (18.5 last tank, 4x4, 5spd driving like an old lady-getting run over), fuel is going out of this world and money is tight.
