What company should I look at for a billet grill i want one that uses the stock plactic cover showing the center and sides. What should I expect to pay???
Go right here to Motorhaven, they are the ones that support this site and allow us to be able to have this great forum. Your purchase from them helps them maintain the site. They carry Stull and other billit grills. www.motorhaven.com/customer/home.php
Check otu J&J Enterprises. I have had one on my 2001 PSD and moved it to my 04 King Ranch. I have a picture or two in my gallery. It bolts right over the original, allows air to get to your intake and looks great. No rust or problems. I have had it for about 3 years.
i got mine straight from the dealer. its a ford accessory which made it a little more expensive, but when it breaks or bends i'll take it back under the warranty. i paid around $230 i think. check out some pics at www.southrides.com and scroll to the bottom of the cars menu and you'll see the Sonic Blue Powerstroke.

any body know where to find the grill where you remove your existing grill?
Stull makes their billet grill assembly that replaces your entire grill just by unbolting the existing and replacing. And you can purchase Stull grills through www.Motorhaven.com which helps support this Forum.

I guess I didn't word it quite right the grill I saw replaced the entire grill instead of having a 3 piece grill it is 1 piece
The grill your looking for may be the same as the one I have on my truck.
It has a steel chromed frame with the billet aluminum center.
One piece, no side vents.
Manufactured by Stull Industries.
There web site doesn't show the part but the part# is 6199C and the matching lower opening part# is 5398P.
These are correct factory part #'s.
My local speed shop ordered these for me. His catalog showed this grll. Also available with a primered frame to paint to match.
Hope this helps.
