Question Grease Question

I'm finally putting my engine ('85 2.8L V6) back together and i'm wondering which lubricant would be better to use. I dont want to buy any new stuff so I have two to choose from. there is
A) White, Lithium based grease
or
B) Black, Oil based, Bearing grease.
that you for any help

Black, Oil based, Bearing grease.

Because it is designed for high temp and high pressure, which is what is found in your engine.

If you are put your engine back together then use the White, Lithium based grease.That is what it is designed for.We use it when we put our race engines back together and never han a promlem,the bearing grease is just that, for Bearings,not for engine assembly.

They make a lube just for that, check your parts store.
