Ok. I know this question comes up alot. But i have a '93 F150 2wd. I want to convert it to 4wd. What is the easist way to do this and what parts will i need.

hehe.. I have my eyes on a 78' I'm stripping for mine this summer.. off course it has basket ball sized rust holes, a tired 351m and is riding on its bump stops.. still pushes snow though.

You can bolt in parts from 1980 , which is the easiest way as requested in the original post.
Rlh is correct that it can be done with earlier parts, it is just more time and cash consuming.
