Custom tailights for an 88?

87-91 tail lights are the same. 92-96 (98 for F250HD's and F350's) tail lights are the same and also very similar to the 87-91. The difference is the size of the backup light clear window. On the 87-91, it is larger and wraps around the side. On the 92-96/98 it faces only the rear. As far as I know, iether one can be used in iether truck. I dont know of any custom tail light lenses, but you can put LED bulbs in place of the stock bulbs. Try JC Whitney or any place that sells truck accessories and you may find some 'chrome' or tinted lens covers or other fancy stuff.

They make completely clear ones...clear ones with a small red lense for the light, ones that are smoked, or ones that are carbon fiber. Ebay searchs for 92-96 ford or 87-91 ford or 87-96 ford should pull up some stuff. You could also try procarparts.com but they sell most of their stuff on ebay (and it's usually cheaper on ebay).
