I just returned from California, on the 26 of Jan.. I took my wife and my 9 yr old son to L.A., hollywood, and all that stuff. We visited WCC on a Sunday morning, expecting to get pictures from the outside only. Jesse James and his crew were there getting ready for a photo shoot. He even came out and spoke to us briefly, and we got a photo of him with my wife and son. My son will never forget that, he loves Monster Garage. He was very nice and almost embarrassed to take a picture. The gearhead in me just loves that kind of stuff.
I noticed when looking at the pics of your family and Jesse(very cool), that in your other post, you also have what looks like holes drilled in you air filter housing? Did you do that yourself? and have you noticed any change in the vehicle performance? Just curious, or just seeing things? Thanks
Yep, those WERe holes in my air box, now i've just cut the whole thing out to completely expose the k&n. All I left was the part that actually holds the filter to the intake pipe. As far as difference, who knows, but it makes me feel better about it, and the cost was zero, and if you are thinking about an intake anyway, watcha got to lose?
