Anyone use one before on their 67-72? I've got a few small rust holes that are going to be welded shut, after that I was thinking about putting a spray on bedliner on it to prevent any further rust.
Spray in liners in my opinion are the best option. They last for ever and dont trap water like drop in liners do. I am partial to line x liners as they seem to be the best. Here is my two cents.

I've only used "Rhino", With many of our locals using "Line-X" I payed as much as $600.00 for my first, and $400.00 for the last, IMO, warranty is everything, Rhino has more dealers and better product.

Hey there,
I went with a product from morton that was supposed to be equivilant to line-x. It wasn't and I wasted $200. There are a ton of line-X shops around here and everyone I know who's used it is very happy with it. I was quoted $470 for my 8' box over the rails and with my bed blasted, epoxy primed and scuffed up (no prep for them). So I said screw it and did it myself. Since I did this about a year ago, I found a guy that used marine non-skid with awesome results. I'm in the NAVY and non-skid is the stuff on the weatherdecks so you don't slide off. It's basically paint and epoxy and is tough as nails. It holds up for about a year on a flight deck out in the ocean, so you could figure about 100+ years for a pickup bed. The bed I've seen with it was rolled on, but I'm going to try it sprayed with a shutz gun.
I recently put a roll-on/spray-on bedliner in my 71 F100. So far I have no complaints. I bought the cheapest stuff around from WalMart, I think it's Dura-Last or something. Anyway, it was $40 for a gallon and $15 for a quart. I ended up using about $50 worth, a $10 equipment pack, another $3 roller brush, and part of a 7$ rattlecan of the same stuff for touchup. It dries quick and looks great. It can be painted on or sprayed on if you have the right equipment.
After scuffing and sanding as much as possible, wash it off and clean it up, then paint the stuff on. Careful, it smells really strong and can mess with your head. Since I'm only 20 I kind of enjoyed it
Good luck.

Wal-mart? Fumes? Cheap? That sounds about perfect!
