The first few 0.01" you take off the 75-up 2V heads will reduce the chamber volume by approximately 2 cc each.
That approximation is good up to about 0.040". After that, the chamber section starts to change from a cylinder shape to an irregular polygon, and the volume change for each additional 0.01" removed would be different, but I don't know how much.
The first .01" not .001" reduces the volume by 2 cc therefore a rough calculation would be 8 cc per cylinder for .040" so you're talking about +/- 78 cc to +/- 70 cc.
thats good Bill_B.
this is why everyone should use at least 3 decimal places so .01" looks like 10 thou (.010") smart @$$ I know
still good cc info if anybody faces their heads. I am still somewhat green here to FTE members but I think Bubba just loves this stuff. and I would trust that his approximations are really close to the real answer.
