How many miles on the Nav? Less than 10k, the engine isn't fully broken-in, which impacts fuel consumption. Are you using the recommended grade (octane) of fuel? Using regular in a vehicle meant for premium will cause the engine timing to be retarded and negatively impact fuel consumption. Tsd has a good idea about switching fuel brands for awhile.
I get about 13 combined hiway/city driving. I've checked it on long trips many times and I don't think I ever get more than 14-15 (but that's at 70-75 mph...may get a couple more if you drive 65 on hiway)
