Body styles changes
Are the underlying mechanics the same in 88-96? Were the changes were only superficial, in body styles and trim?
I am talking about F250.
Also I do realize C6 tranny was kind of replaced by E4OD. Any other differences?

There are differences from year to year (or every other year or whatever)...no major differences. The most major would be different tranny options. The suspension, axles, brakes, tires, engines..stayed the same. Except for a few minor changes on the engines for more power, but not much.
