Calling out the Monsta
or maybe you guys could work out a trade??? monsta's grill for your superduty badging and a little cross dressing???
no.. on second thought... just buy it from him! lol.
actually... from what i have heard, the X grill is easier to conver to a billet setup as there is no cutting involved to get the center section out???
monsta.. your experienced opinion would be nice here.. ok.. again monsta will show his worth! lol. but, i will not admit it since his sister has not even sent me a e-mail yet??? what is up with that??
speaking about the superduty badging, i saw a superduty yesterday with an X logo above it's badging... so apparently there is some reverse cross dressing going on.... weird??
>or maybe you guys could work out a trade??? monsta's grill

Sorry, don't have it. Already traded it.
BTW, Brad don't you have F450 badging? What did you do with your old ones? I could use some (cheap) to cut up for my experiment. And speaking of old stuff, what did you do with your old, stock, front turn signals?>actually... from what i have heard, the X grill is easier to convert to a billet setup as there is no cutting involved to get the center section out???
Yes, it is alot easier for that very reason. If someone wants to trade, try the classified section here.
And while we are on the grill subject. One of the main reasons that I wanted to trade was becasue it is a heck of a lot easier to keep my radiator free of bugs. With the X grill, I had to remove it clean out all the bugs. With the SD grill, I can get my hand in there without removing the grill.
>lol. but, i will not admit it since his sister has not even sent me a e-mail yet??? what is up with that??
I think she saw your old avatar image.

And were suppose to believe this is the reason for the SD grill????

yes, i actually put on f-550 badging... hummm, does this make me a cross dresser too? but in the process of taking them off, i had ended up tearing them into peices (that adheasive they use is really good)... so, no, they made it to the little round file bin next to my office desk. sorry dude!
but.... i bought mine from [a href="http://www.fordpartsonline.com"]fordpartsonline.com[/a] for around 45 bucks... that was for both sides and the rear.... you could probably just get teh rears (since all you are interested in are the superduty part)... i think the rears went for 10 or 12 bucks a piece. you may be able to talk your local dealer into selling at their price.. i have found this to be a better deal for me since fordpartsonline.com is in cal and i have to pay for both tax and shipping since i am in cal... still would be less than the local dealers regular pricing, but when they match, i save on shipping.
as for the stock 2002 corners and turn signals... you can have them if you'd like.... i will part with them, send me a pm if yoru interested.

Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
Hey monsta, maybe if you scrub real hard, you can form a SD emblem. At least it's a starting point.
> OK, all you boys with the little, beginners Super Dutys (Reg. cab). I understand that the Excursion is probably more truck than you can handle. (That is usually why ya'll lift them little ones...)
Well I can tell you that for the X being "more truck than we can handle", I pulled up next to one in a supermarket and as I walked off, I couldn't even see the little baby Superduty wannabe cowering behind my truck.
That's one soccer mom who won't soon forget that even as big as her SUV is, there's always a bigger dog around the corner. Now I have to say that it's still a Ford and I'm glad to have a moderator with a sense of humor. Just don't go puttin' on Avalanche emblems and everything will be just fine.

[b]Hey! The same thing happened to me.. Only it was the superduty I could'nt see. Your right, there's always a bigger dog around the corner.
