Taxes ~ All Ducumentation
I was going to post this up above in the other forum but thought it might get moved here anyway.
What is the deadline for all W-2's, 1099's, ect. ect.
Do they have to be postmarked by the USPS by Jan. 31 or is that they have to be in my hand by Jan. 31?

I thought they were the same as W-2's.
I had already recieved my W-2 from that same company for the work I did for them as a employee, but haven't recieved my 1099 from them. I was self-employed contracted to them for most of the year.

I understand the late response because of the melt down, I've already have my taxes filed & State Refund is already deposited in my account.
