Well, I got my exhaust put on this weekend...and I love it..
I had the shop start at where the two y pipes come together and went 3" all the way back with a Magnaflow muffler. It sounds really nice on the outside and I can't hardly hear it inside, unless of course I romp on it!!!
I love it, it was exactly what I was looking for. My daughter can still watch her movies on the DVD player and I can still be proud of my FORD when I hit the trottle..
Glad to hear you are happy with youre purchase. As a side note, I just left a message in youre gallery, and I saw youre truck is listed as a 2006?? You might want to ask one of the moderators what that is about (I have heard about that happening to a few others too for some reason).
WheelMA1...yeah, I keep trying to change it in my profile, but it doesn't take for some reason..(2006) I bought my truck to have a truck. I already bent/broke the driver's side nerf bar 4 wheelin. I hate those things. I wish I knew how to weld, I'd fabricate some different ones.
I have a feeling that this exhaust is going to hurt my gas mileage..... ......I can't keep my foot out of it..
I love the sound of that Magnaflow I just can't help myself from lightin' it up everywhere I go...
How many miles do you have on the system now? Has the exhaust note changed at all? Is the purchased justified now? Good luck trying to keep that tip clean. I now have a 'summer' and 'winter' tip.
