Heat/ac not blowing

Heat/ac not blowing
The problem is that my heat and ac will not blow vwry hard when on max.Not sure what to do or where to start.It's on a 84 big bronco.Heat works and a/c works its just when I put it on high fan it doesnt really bloww that much harder than when on low.Any suggestions?

Well I'm not sure if thats it because it will blow a little harder on high but not much.When i flip it up it goes to high but like i say high isn't much more than low but there is a difference.Could a switch still cause this?
