Ok Guys. I went and got my truck in NM this weekend and on the way I stopped and looked at about 20 vehicles. Some Che*** and mostly Fords and even a few Mustang Mach's All I can say is I found Vintage Heaven along the way. While stopped to get gas I met an older gentleman(that is getting much harder to say now that I am slowly becoming an older gentleman) who claimed he had a 1948 F1 in his pasture he wanted to sell. Now this was in Ammarillo, Texas and it was only a few miles to his house so I took a trip over and looked at the truck. I just happened to have a throw away camera in my truck so I flipped off a few pics and will be posting them here. The truck looked pretty good. It had lite surface rust in some areas and the interior was faded but it looked good. It had the Straight Six sitting in the back of the truck and all nuts in bolts were in coffee cans but other then that the truck was much better then what I hear allot of you guys talk about. NOw to the point. He wants to sell the truck and I will have pictures ready in a few days, are any of you guys interested in seeing the pics.
