Recently my '78 F100 2wd has been pulling to the left. Used to the truck would nearly drive itself, but now if you let go of the steering wheel, you nearly make a left turn. My tire pressures are good and I can't remember hitting the underneath. I have owned this truck for 11 years and have well over 150K. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.
Check all of your tierods, linkages, ball joints etc. When I would let go of the wheel the truck almost made a left turn too. After replacing three ball joints, and one tierod the problem was solved. I also took it to get an alignment which probably helped but you have to do that after replacing those things anyway.
