I washed all the salt off my truck, including the undercarriage. With a garden hose not a pressure washer. Its dropped below freezing and now the reverse sensing system has gone nuts. False indications. BTW I bought the 02 lariat used so it had this system included.
Any suggestions. Some guys say it fixes its self others have had to take them in.
It came with a 6 disk changer that refuses to eject disks once it has been run for more than 2 hours. Is this the norm or should I get Ford to replace it under warranty?
Oh.. It tows, goes like hell in the snow and mud. And the 4wd low range is amazing . The truck is great the bells and whistles are the weak link.
I am going to make Ford replace the changer. When it breaks again I'm going to crutchfields to geat a head unit that plays dvd's. Watchin pornos and driving to the coast with a grady white would be heaven on earth...
