Brake intermittent "squish" feel problem
After I replaced a 1 rotor (right front) and brake pads (both sides - front) on my 1994 Ford Explorer 2 wheel drive with ABS and only 65,000 miles, I get an INTERMITTENT "squish" feel in my brake pedal (like air in the line). I bled the brakes NUMEROUS times AND because I was told the symptom seems like a master cylinder problem, I replaced it. I still have the problem and I was ruling out one or both front calibers because it does not pull to one side or the other. I have not replaced the rear brake shoes yet. Is it because of the back brakes not being changed ( I have NEVER noticed this before when I have done only front brake pads) or is it the BOOSTER behind the master cylinder OR is there something wrong with the ABS system (the ABS light is NOT on, though)
