need help for installing cd player in a '92 Ford Explorer
I just bought a new CD player for my 1992 Ford Explorer. I have the installation kit and I installed the CD player just like the instructions said. But there is no sound coming through the speakers, I'v been told its because of the Factory installed amplifier.
Is this true?
Does anyone know where the amplifier is located?

In my 91 explorer there was a blie wire that had to be connected to a power source(best recollection) IF you call your local install shop (best buy, circut city) theywill probably help
