bikenbob, johnf250: i have a 4" pro-comp lift installed by pearson ford. the speedo is not calibrated. I have 315/75/17 tires and am 7.8 mph off. Hope this helps. P.S. Rain was awesome, truck handled like a dream.

JohnF-250, I usually go to the river north of Yuma, but have taken trips to Powell, Mohave, and Mead. I sold my place at Havasu, too far of a drive for us. Perfect Pass? You must have a ski boat? I put my boat in my gallery. The reson for the new truck & diesel. No more slow hills for me!

Banks exhaust makes the truck louder at idle. I have had a couple(3) of comments about the different sound my truck makes. Athough it sounds like a diesel to me, these comments came from one dodge owner and two chevy owners. They said it had a more aggressive sound. To me an aggressive sound is a 427 RODACK with 14:1 compression on a drag car, but yes it does sound like a peterbuilt. Personally, I would like to have feedback on which air filter system has had the most success. I would recommend the Banks exhaust system for the 6.0.

bikenbob: We hit Mohave and Needles pretty hard. I have a 12 year old and 7 year old. They love to wakeboard. I added a picture of my boat to my gallery. I can't wait to tackle the climb in and out this year. I saw your boat in your gallery, very nice. CC makes a quality boat -- can't go wrong there.
drty10: I figured my speedo was about 10% off with my gps. I haven't talked to my dealer about calibrating it yet, but I have a feeling they'll do it for me on my next service. They use the same lift shop that I used for their lifts.

Thanks John, nice Master Craft also. You have to ley me know how that Perfect Pass works also, it is on my boat wish list. My kids are 11 & 13, they also are becoming quite the wakeboarders. We will have to catch up on the river this summer and have a couple of Pacificos!

Thank bob... it's actually a Tige, not a Mastercraft :-) I will let you know how the Perfect Pass works out.. I've been making winter mods this year.. heater, shower.. some stereo etc... fun. We'll definitely have to hook up this year.

Sorry about that I usually know my ski boats pretty well. The black area on the side looked like a X-10. I have skied behind a Tige before. Sweet boats. I really like your tower with the built in board racks. I bet you can hardly wait to get out to Mohave again!

drtry10, sweet looking truck! I really like those Welds and truck color. Does your truck fit in your garage? I hate parking mine outside! Garage door is too low and garage not deep enough.

bikenbob, believe it or not, it does fit in the garage. I keep it in the garage at night. I pull it in and out of the garage only once a day because it is a chore. The garage entrance is 83" and my truck is 82.75" so it is a tight squeeze. On warmer days it looks like it is going to rub, but it doesn't. Plus I have duct tape on the bottom of the garage door just in case.
