Locking Anti-lock Brake

I have a 2001 4x4 Ranger Super Cab XLT (22,000 Miles)
During wet and cold weather the front brakes loc up. does anyone know the reason and or fix????

Welcome to FTE Frank.
Is your truck equipped with 4 Wheel ABS or just RABS?
My 97 is RABS only & it took a couple of different pairs of front tires to find ones that reduced the front brake lock-up problem.

Mine has RABS, and it haslocked up the back tires. There arent any lights on.
