Angry heating problems

Ok try this 1 out U guys, heater works fine while driving in town ok, as long as i don't take the interstate and drive over 60. Than fan blows cold air at 60 mgh and above. This is a 150 econ- van 5.8L. K drained system, replaced themost. twice, blew out heater core, clean. Not overheating and no leaks ext; plugs look fine, no sign of lost coolant. whats left??

Check and make sure that you are getting the correct temperature rated thermostat. I just replaced mine for the same reason. Some previous owner had installed a 165 deg. when it should have had one rated for 185 deg. It did make all the difference in the world for my highway speed heating.

thanks for the speedy responce dude but i put a 195 temp. in same think once i go over 60 it turns to ice cold! think i'm looking into internal leak may be lower intake? just seams like the pressure in raditor hose is kinda soft when temp gauge is reading at normal. pretty sure heads are ok but ya never know, just don't want to tear it down and come away empty.

i wonder if your fan clutch is running constantly at highway speeds, keeping water cool.
