Hey, this is my first post here. My problem is I just bought a '96 F-150 a while back and it has a big dent on the roof. It looks like it would pull out pretty easy because its nice and big and just kinda encaved a little. My problem is I pulled the headliner out but there is 2 panels on the roof. How do I go about getting past the inner panel to push the dent out or pulling the dent out from the outside? Thanks

Try sticking a toilet plunger on the outside and pulling up on it.
Can't help you with the panel problem but assuming you can get to the dent and it will pop out, you may still run into another problem.
In a large percentage of the cases, the metal is stretched when the dent is made. That means extra metal exists once the dent is brought back into shape. For areas like door, hoods, and tops, the extra metal can cause a oilcan condition. That means when you press on the metal, the dent pops back or metal pops out in another lcoation. It's an easy problem to fix but all fixes will require some repainting work (which I'm assuming you are trying to avoid).
