Rear locker?
I was just wondering. I was looking at a powertrax locker for my rear dana 60 and it says that it is for open differentials. I have a limited slip though. Why is it that this wouldnt work?

Well, the power trax is made to replace your spider gears. You pull the 4 small gears (the ones that the axle shafts slide into and the ones on the top and bottom) out of your carrier and then slide the power trax in. I don't know very much about limited slip but I believe that the locker would sit in the same place as the limited slip. If your carrier is still stock than I don't see why it wouldn't work. I put a power trax in a stock 95 f-150 with an 8.8" rear and 3.55 gears and it went in fine and worked well. But i didn't have limited slip to start with so you may want to make sure your carrier (where the gears sit) is not different because of this.
