I hope this helps some. Aluminum radiators dont usually have the mounting brackets on the sides like the steel ones do for installation. In our race car, we have to mount or weld a base along the bottom for the radiator to sit in. Place a piece of rubber in the bottom of it for vibration. Set the radiator in the mount(make sure the height is correct for airflow). Make 2 brackets for the top that bolt to the top of the front valance(or whatever its called) so it extends to the top of the radiator. drill a hole there and tap it for at least a 3/8" bolt. Run a nut to the top of this bolt. Thread the bolt through the bracket you made, then take a piece of channel that fits the width of the radiator and drill a hole in it. Mount this so it can spin freely. Run the bolt down til the radiator is secure(I place a piece of rubber here also) and then lock the bolt with the nut you ran up to the top(double nut style) and you are done. Hoses will depend on which radiator you get. But as you mentioned, fabrication is required but those aluminum radiators sure do cool better!! Good luck!!
