window regulator?

My Bronco has manual windows and on the driver side the metal piece that the window crank connects to is stripped out. I was wonderind if that piece will come off seperate or if I have to buy a whole new regulator?

Oh yea it is not stripped out where the screw goes in but on the outside where the screws go.
