Well after severl trips to differnt dealers and they still never heard the noise one dealer finally changed something on the truck. They found that the IAC was sticking on the electronic engin controller. the papaer from the dealer reads: Electronic engin controler. cust states that truck stalls when first starting. check and advise. NGS test found IAC sticking. Preformed diagnostic tests pinpoint tests. replace IAC. retest OK. parts used were valve assymbly for the therottle.
i hope this takes care of the problem. they said it will make that noise if it sticks.
