Sounds like one nice ride, can not forget about the throty dual exhaust. I would actually, put a 390 in it, and have the ZF 5 speed behind it, I think that would be better, and a lot less work. Because with the 5.4 you are not going to get that 6 speed to bolt up without some sort of adapter, plug you need a new rear end, for the speed sensor, and the wiring harness.
yeah somthing like that fine piece of machinery but im not quite one for the slammed look, i would put it so the top of the tires are at the fenders on the back, and the top of the rims at the front, and i initially thought about black, but i saw the blue/white scheme and just fell for it.
oh and fordman as a project truck it would most likely start out w/ a 390 but an fe wont bolt up to a zf-5 or else i would say side oiler! plus w/ the irs it would already have the electric speedo.
what im aiming for is a retro-muscletruck (thats why i picked the lightning) but gotta have the flowmasters
but it would need one small (1"x3") lightning emblem on the tailgate for those witha keen eye...
