He said Ford wants to hear from us (of course they do ) Without a lot of calls they pass it off as no real issue.
So please everyone call this number

I spoke with Duncan's partner Jonathan. He was as useless as the 800 number. I called back hit 0 and 0 and asked to be connected to Bill Ford. I didn't get Bill but I got to his office and was re-connected to someone who got me some answers. She was called a "Special Liaison"....Oh by the way, they did nothing for me......I would have been better off calling Harley Earl.....

I made the call today,02/02/04, but I was redirected to a new number(1-800-392-3673). The lady there took all my information, she said it will be forward to the engineering dept and to take my truck back to the dealer to have it checked over again .MPG has dropped below 14, unloaded.
