I do not have factory installed fog lights, however,I
have discovered that my head light switch pulls out just the way it would if I had the fog lights, my question is, are there wires coming from the switch that "could" go to lights if I wanted to install some?

Unfortunately the switch that you have in your SuperDuty does not support fog lights. The wiring is all in place to support them, but unless you have ordered the factory lights it doesn't work. If you order fog lights through your local dealer, part of the kit you get is the correct switch and directions on how to connect the fog lights up.
Hey Gary if you go and order from the dealership, make shure you tell them you want the 2002 fog lights. When they ask you for the year model of your truck and say 99, they are going to give you a round pair of crappy looking fog lights. they work, but are butt ugly looking. Tell them you want to upgrade to the 2002 fog lights. they are more of a squareish roundish design. I tell you this becouse this happend to me. Good luck.

I think i paid around 300 something. They are high priced, but you keep the stock look and have to do no jery-rigging to make them fit. Or you can try to find them at an auto-salvage. A buddy of mine found them for 150.00. Good luck
