hey guys, first post in the trans forum,
i need any and all info any of yall have on putting a 5 speed behind an ol' 390 FE
it is for a 75 or so 3/4 ton short wheelbase 4x4
does ford have a tranny that i can fit to it, and what do i need to do to use the dodge 5 speed i've heard will fit with an adapter.
i really like the idea of a 5 speed, but i might just have to settle on a 4 speed,
any help is greatly appreciated.
