tornado

hey whats up !!!! maybe a dumb question does the tornado work? I heard it doesn't work but, I watched a news program the other day on it. they took a car and drained the gas tank. put 1 gallon of gas in and drove it around a track at 40 mph. They did the same thing with the tornado in the car. Bottom line they got 3 more miles per gallon!!! I have a 38 gallon tank !!!

If anyone has tried it let me know how it work out.

thanks

IT WORKS!!!

That is, it makes the air swirl around... However, I would be very suprised to see it do anything for mileage.

I would drop this one in the "Snake Oil" category.

I bought one, but did not notice any improvement. I did not have a chance to check against a dyno-meter or any other testing device either or do a before and after test. I get 13 mpg highway empty, 8-9 mpg when towing. It's still installed, basically because I would like to feel it has helpped..... I would start with a high flow Air cleaner and go from there...The air cleaner will probably get you more on your investment.

All I can do is echo the previous posts. It did nothing. Actually thought it hurt the mileage. The computer readout said 13.7 pretty much permanently, then when I put this into it and now I am at 12.9. This is after more than 10 tanks. Did not help my expedition either.

It wasn't a news program, it was an info-mercial. They try to make it look more legit that way.

I got one of those, the fuel line magnet, fuel additive, and all the stuff JC whitless sells to improve mileage. I had to stop every 20 miles to take fuel out of the tank.
