Hey I ordered the ZAINO Brothers car polish kit an man does it work!! That stuff is awesome and easy to use!! I have used some carpolishes in my time and this stuff is great buy some !! It I have a black 350 and it made it gleam with little residue on the plastic!! I will use this stuff exclusively from here on out!! Comes off easy and should not need to redo for a while!!
Problem is it's not polish, polish is abrasive and does not leave anyhting behind. Zaino puts down a polymer coating that fills in the scratches. I have used it as well and IMO not worth the money. Polish (real polish) then put on a few coats of wax and you can get results that better and your paint is flat not just filled in.

I'm glad it works for you, BLASK350/6.0. I have a black SD that looks like it went crashing down the hill, flipping over a few times, never hitting the ground, only the briars, brambles and honey locust thorns. There's not a dent in it, but scratches....ooh!
I'm still looking for something to take out the streaky little boogers.
BIG ORN- The reason I got this stuff was because of the little scratches that even dirt makes in the paint. I used this product and they disapeared its a good piece of kit. One thing a guy at the FORD body shop told me was you can pretty much get all the scratches buffed out on the vehicle with a highspeed buffer and some rubbing compound but have someone that knows what they are doing take care of it.. Another thing he told me was that if your fingernail can catch the edge of the scratch it needs to be painted otherwise a good buff should take care of them. Hope this helps!!

Even the best hispeed buffer is not good enough. I don't think that process was ever made to look good, just a cover-up.
I have seen some trucks that were as bad as mine and have been "polished" or "waxed" (my words - could have been another process) and came back looking like new.
After many decades of following the buffing process, I'm going to stay away from that - even if it's guaranteed not to make the finish look swirly.
Now - if someone would invent a way to buff the finish without the circular motion...
There is an inexpensive product called Scratch Out that sells for about $3 a bottle that will fill in alot of clear coat scratches. It's a thick liquid - wipe on, wipe off. Walmart sells it.
I was at a gas station and leaned over the car to wash the windshield while wearing a metal belt buckle and put some major scratches in the paint. Scratch Out took em right out. For those with painted outside door handle recesses that always look like heck from the fingernail marks - this will remove those.
Big Orn, have you ever been to a car show? If you have, most of the cars there have a flawless looking finish BECAUSE they were color sanded then buffed out with a hi-speed buffer by someone who knew what they were doing! Color sanding and buffing are the only ways to get a flawless finish on a paint job.

Yes, I have. Those were done with hi-speed buffers? Humm...
Maybe Yeti touched on the subject. Maybe those guys I spoke of above that had the finish repaired on their trucks had some sort of hand glazing done.
There must be many auto/body finishers that do not know how to use a buffer. I cringe when I see a beautiful truck in the parking lot, then get at a certain angle and see all the sheeny little swirls. And I've seen literally hundreds.
