rear lights aren't working

I pulled the bed to replace my fuel pumps, and now that I've got it back together, my lights in the back are all messed up. Either turn signal turns on the hazards, instead of just the left or right blinker. With the headlights on, the rear lights and license plate lights are not coming on, and the reverse lights do not turn on. Any ideas? (I double-checked the 2 wiring harnesses - everything appears to be ok).

Thanks,
TM

I just put my bed back on too after replacing my pumps, when I hooked socket back up for tail lights , they didn't work. I unplugged and plugged back in a few times(the socket) and used an air hose to blow the dirt that kept the terminals from making contact to each other, this did the trick hope this helps.

PS you may have pinched the wiring harness too.
