missing on start up
1996 F-350 with a power stroke that misses until it gets warm. The motor was rebilt and the place did not get the cam bearings lined up so it wouldn't run so the motor was taken back and had it fixed but now it misses until it get warm and it takes a while for a power stroke to get warm. Can any tell me what is wrong with it or is it that the motor is shot.
