Vacuum Diagram

Vacuum Diagram
I have an 84 302 Mustang with a stick, I have a vacuum diagram for it, but it does not show properly what I need, There is a 3-prong plug with 2 vacuum lines coming out of it that head back to the EGR valve and the intake manifold, what I need to know is what the hell the 3rd one is, It used to have a small brittle plastic piece of plastic on it, I dont know where this line went but it is imperative to find this, I need to know where this goes so that I can finally finish my project and be done with the mustang so it wiill hopefully run right, thank you in advance for any help you can offer on the subject.
Also for some further information, it is at the bac of the engine and is near the EGR valve, to the left.

Have you checked the online repair manuals on http://autozone.com? They have a lot of vacuum/electrical diagrams that weren't in my Haynes manual.
