Severe shaking
When i first started my 150 up, it was shaking very severely and the 4X4 shifter was going crazy. The check engine light came on soon after I started driving. I pulled over after driving a little and checked everything out. The shaking has stopped and the light has stayed off ever since. Could this have been from bad gas? Thanks guys, much appreciated

It sounds like you had a misfire.
Bad gas can cause that. Maybe there was a bit of water in it that went through. You could also have had some water in one of the COPs or spark plug holes and it dried out after the engine ran a while.
After the check engine light has come on there should be a trouble code stored in the PCM's memory. You could get it scanned to see what sort of code you have to tell you what the problem was.
