Starting difficulty

I have a 1990 BII, I replaced the fly wheel on it. Since that time I have had problems starting it on and off. I have replaced the solenoid, starter and battery. Two month ago it seemed to start consistently and fine, now it is died. The solenoid clicks and that is it. I have replaced the solenoid, checked the battery and starter and they all check out OK. Anyone that could help with anything that might help, I would be much obliged.

Im not sure on that, but I know that the old Fairmonts were bad for that, try turning the crank a bit if you can, thats what my uncle did with his Fairmont. Sure its a pain in the **** but it worked for him. He said it had something to do with the flywheel.

Sounds like the only thing not replaced are the cables . Try adding a jumper cable beween the negative battery post & engine etc. and see if it starts.
